I'm just wondering if someone can give me a few tips here so that I can understand the concepts behind how to convert mixed numbers into a decimal. I find solving equations really tough . I work part time and thus have no time left to take extra classes. Can you guys suggest any online resource that can help me with this subject?

I really don’t know why God made algebra, but you will be delighted to know that someone also came up with Algebrator! Yes, Algebrator is a software that can help you crack math problems which you never thought you would be able to. Not only does it provide a solution the problem, but it also explains the steps involved in getting to that solution. All the Best!

I got my first certificate studying online last week. I happened to be using Algebrator as well during my entire course period.

Since the Algebrator is easy , any one can get it set up and start using it within minutes. Prior know-how is not at all essential to work with the Algebrator. Be it adding numerators, cramer’s rule or gcf, go ahead and type it in the search box that comes up as soon as you open Algebrator. This brings you a select set of links that offer all the required information on the heading of your choice. You can go through the links one by one and completely comprehend the basic principles of Pre Algebra.

I remember having problems with least common denominator, decimals and perpendicular lines. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - College Algebra, Algebra 1 and College Algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
