Hi math gurus! I am about two weeks through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to understand the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with year 10 trignometry. Could somebody out there please give me some advice with hypotenuse-leg similarity, relations and quadratic inequalities. I can’t afford to pay for a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of mastering topics like logarithms or evaluating formulas quickly , please get back to me Thank you for your time

I have a good recommendation that could help you with algebra. You simply need a good software to explain the problems that are complicated. You don't need a tutor , because firstly it's very expensive , and secondly you won't have it near you whenever you need help. A software is better because you only have to get it once, and it's yours for all time. I recommend you to look for Algebrator, because it's the best. Since it can solve almost any math problems , you will certainly use it for a very long time, just like I did. I bought it a long time ago when I was in Basic Math, but I still use it quite often.

I found out a a few software programs that are pertinent . I tried them out. The Algebrator turned out to be the best suited one for graphing, quadratic equations and perpendicular lines. It was also easy to operate . It took me step by step towards the answer rather than merely giving the solution. That way I got to learn how to explain the problems too. By the time I was done with it , I had learnt how to work out the problems. I found them handy with Algebra 2, College Algebra and Remedial Algebra which aided me in my algebra classes. May be, this is just what you need . Why not try this out?

I remember having problems with scientific notation, powers and absolute values. Algebrator is a really great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Remedial Algebra, Basic Math and Algebra 1. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.

Wow! Is this software for real? That would really help me in doing my homework. Is (programName) available for free or do I need to purchase it? If yes, where can I buy it from?

Don’t worry buddy. As what I said, it shows the solution for the problem so you won’t really have to copy the answer only but it makes you understand how did the software came up with the answer. Just go to this site and prepare to learn and solve faster .
